I had a mixed experience at Alberto By Isrotel Design. The location was fantastic, really close to vibrant areas full of cafes and bars, but the room left something to be desired. It was quite small and not very clean. I also faced some issues with the pool and dining arrangements, which marred the overall stay.

Rooms

My double room with an urban view was cozy but quite small (definitely not ideal for an extended stay). Unfortunately, it wasn't as clean as I'd hoped, with noticeable hairs in the bathroom.
Service
6.0
The staff were professional and helpful, but the service at the pool bar was lacking, as they ran out of drinks and had slow service.
Location

The hotel is situated in an amazing location, just steps away from Neve Tzedek and a short walk to the Carmel Market. It's perfect for exploring the city.
Dining
5.0
I didn't pre-book breakfast, which led to a frustrating experience trying to find a spot to eat. I ended up having my meal in the reception area, which felt awkward.
Facilities

The rooftop pool is a beautiful amenity, but it would have been nice if it stayed open later. Additionally, the bar service needs improvement for a truly enjoyable experience.

I had a mixed experience at Alberto By Isrotel Design. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Tel Aviv, and the swimming pool on the roof is a major highlight. However, I had an unfortunate encounter at checkout that soured my overall impression. It was a shame, but the great surroundings and lovely facilities mostly made up for it.

I stayed in a double room and found it to be just okay. It was alright but I expected more, especially since this is my third time at the hotel.
Service

While some staff were super helpful, like David, I had a negative experience with a front desk lady who was pretty rude when I asked to use the pool after checkout. That encounter was disappointing in an otherwise nice stay.

The hotel is perfectly located right in Nachalat Binyamin, surrounded by restaurants and close to all major areas. I loved being in the middle of all the action!

I didn't dine at the hotel, but I loved the delicious homemade cakes available nearby, which added some sweetness to my stay.

The rooftop swimming pool is awesome. I spent hours enjoying the view of Tel Aviv while swimming, which was a highlight of my retreat.

I recently stayed at Alberto By Isrotel Design for 4 nights, and while I enjoyed the hotel's beautiful design and great location, there were a few drawbacks. The renovation work in the area started early, which affected my sleep, and the cleanliness of my room could have been better. Despite this, the pool views and proximity to restaurants made my stay enjoyable overall.

Rooms

The double room I stayed in was spacious with stylish furniture and a cozy bed. I particularly appreciated the fantastic views from my room. However, the cleanliness was an issue; there was dust everywhere, which detracted from the experience.
Service
9.0
The service I received was commendable, especially from Avi Isakov, the Reception Manager, who went out of his way to help me arrange transportation during Shabbat. It made a difference in my stay.
Location

The hotel is in an very nice location, just steps away from vibrant bars and restaurants, and all the main attractions of Tel Aviv are within walking distance. It's perfect for exploring the city.
Dining

I didn't dine extensively at the hotel due to limited bar hours, but the proximity to local eateries offered me plenty of delicious options outside the hotel.
Facilities

The views from the pool terrace were lovely, but the noise from nearby construction early in the morning and occasional closure of facilities impacted my relaxation time.

My stay at Alberto By Isrotel Design was quite pleasant overall. The location was fantastic and the design of the hotel very appealing. However, I had a few hiccups with the service, which sometimes felt lacking in attentiveness. Overall, the room was comfortable and clean, but some aspects left me wanting more.

Rooms

The large double room I stayed in was equipped with all the essentials and offered a pleasant environment. I particularly enjoyed the daily cleaning services that kept the space pristine.
Service

Unfortunately, the service was hit or miss. I encountered some difficulties when I made requests, which often went unanswered or inadequately addressed. It made for a less-than-ideal experience, especially when seeking assistance.

The hotel's location in the center of Tel Aviv was a major highlight. It was close to all main areas and easily accessible, making it convenient for exploring the city.

While I heard good things about the hotel breakfast, I opted to explore nearby cafes instead. There were plenty of delicious options within a short walk, making it easy to find something I enjoyed.

My stay at Alberto By Isrotel Design was quite a mix. The location was perfect, right near the Carmel market and beach, making exploration easy. However, I had some issues with the service and amenities, which felt unprofessional at times.

I stayed in a Double Room, which was small but beautifully furnished. The spacious bathroom was definitely a highlight for me. Daily turn-down service was a nice touch after long days out.
Service

While the reception team was friendly and responsive, I faced some challenges. There was no room service, and I had to ask for basic items like an ice bucket, which made the service feel lacking at times.
Location

The hotel is truly in a great spot-everything I wanted to see was within walking distance. I loved being in the center of Tel Aviv, close to both the beach and lots of restaurants.
Dining

I found the breakfast option quite expensive and wasn't impressed with the dining setup-eating in the lobby with plastic and recycled plates felt cheap.
Facilities

The facilities were decent, but the pool was small and crowded. I was hoping for a more relaxing experience in that area.
